Applewood Smoked Bacon Deviled Eggs

The classic southern dish that will make you view deviled eggs in a whole new light!
We take the hard boiled eggs and blend the yolks with a garlic puree and pipe that back into the egg shell. Then top the garlic and egg yolk puree with crispy and then strips of applewood smoked bacon. Garnished with a fresh sprig of parsley

Smoked BBQ Pork Butt

Juicy and tender pork butt slowly smoked for 10+ hours with applewood & whiskey soaked wood chips.  Shredded and tossed in our homemade zesty and sweet BBQ sauce

Braised Beef Short Ribs

Slowly braised beef short ribs swimming in a delicate red wine and pepper sauce with herbs, garlic and a medley of vegetables to compliment

Garlic & Herb Snap Beans

Tender snap beans sauteed in a blend of garlic and herbs and finished off with a light lemon vinaigrette dressing

3 Cheese Macaroni & Cheese

A blend of cheddar, pepper jack and havarti cheese melted down into a creamy and delicate sauce with elbow noodles folded in gently and garnished with fresh parsley

Honey & Butter Cornbread Muffins

These golden puffs of deliciousness are baked fresh day of the event and are topped with a warm honey butter drizzle before they are served to your guest

Pasta Bar to Feed the Plenty!

Recently we catered a bar-mitzvah for 200 hungry kids and parents.  The young man who was celebrating with his family and friends loves pasta, so we provided a full-on pasta bar equipped with multiple toppings and sides for them to enjoy.

Antipasta Platter

For an appetizer we provided a classic Italian style appetizer spread of cheeses, olives, crackers and marinated vegetables to snack.  A very pretty and beautiful spread that will satisfy and and everyone.

Pasta Bar

A full on pasta extravaganza!  Our pasta bar started with the guest choice of spaghetti or penne.  Then their choice of two homemade sauces: a zesty marinara with fresh basil or a cheesy alfredo sauce with a blend of 4 cheeses.  After that the choice of protein that could be chosen was: marinara beef meatballs, tender and juicy italian herb chicken or garlic salmon filets.

House Salad

Then we finished off the pasta bar with a full house salad full of various seasonal vegetables and their choice of multiple dressings for the salad, fresh bread and cheese for garnishing.  

A Grand Graduation Party

One of our amazing and repeating clients was graduating and wanted to host a party at their house with a full spread of delicious food.  And of course we made their vision of an amazing spread of food come true.

Jumbo shrimp poached in a sweet white wine lightly tossed in Old Bay, served with a cajun remoulade sauce on a toasted baguette slice

Mini empanada shells folded over and stuffed with a creamy spinach and artichoke dip filling

Mini flaky phyllo cups stuffed with a homemade pimento cheese & chorizo filling, garnished with finely diced chives
