Georgia and Xavier, along with the rest of the Camel Catering crew, aided in making my wedding day wonderful and completely stress-free. The food was amazing; we received so many compliments on the BBQ and salads. Their service was also impeccable, as always, and I never had to do more than look around before one of them was making sure I had what I needed, and the same goes for our ~200 guests. If there was ever an issue throughout the entire process, I never heard a thing, which I think is what any bride would be in favor of, especially on her wedding day! They worked with our many different requests, even ones that came up last minute, and I am so grateful for their hard work putting together such a perfect event and pulling it off just as perfectly. The two events were so different.  The rehearsal dinner was a formal, sit down serviced dinner and the food was as good as a five star restaurant.  The Wedding reception dinner was out in the country and they brought in and cooked an incredibly elegant BBQ. But saying BBQ doesn’t do the meal justice, it was Fantastic!  Thank you so much for easing my fears and creating Amazing Meals!

The Camel catered Beth El Hebrew Congregation’s second night Seder last year with delicious food. They were extremely pleasant to work with before, during and after the event. We are going to use them again this year!

We loved working with Georgia and Xavier for the catering for both of our daughters separate Bat Mitzvah celebrations!  They helped us create our menu and made really creative suggestions we wouldn’t have thought of serving. They are very responsive to questions along the way and handled everything for our events in truly professional manner.  We would definitely work with them again to cater future events!

There’s an old saying that says if you really want to know how many friends you have, close Facebook and throw yourself a birthday party with bands and an open bar … and see who comes. By “old saying,” I mean I said it and I’m old so that’s close enough. The question is where to hold such an event. After seeing too many bands to count over the years at The Camel, I knew it would be the perfect spot for my event. And, for once, I was right! Working with Georgia was a breeze (a peach, even?).  She took the stress out of the planning and made sure everything went smoothly. No details were left to chance. We worked out the bar, the entertainment, decorations, band issues and, of course, the food. Once they knew the budget, Georgia and her team they worked with us to maximize the variety of offerings and made sure we had what we needed. All in all a great experience. I can’t wait to go to my next private event there, hopefully one that someone else besides me pays for.

I work at Southern Hardwood and Floor Supply and we have hired the Camel for three large events now, each with headcounts of 150 or more. They have done a fantastic job every time and I will definitely be hiring them again for future events.  Xavier and Georgia are very easy and pleasant to work with. I still get compliments on how great the food was at our events. Some of our favorites include the crab cakes, meatballs, and buffalo chicken dip! I would recommend the Camel to anyone looking for excellent service and quality of food.
